Weston-Super-Mare Swimming Club have decided to implement a policy for the payment of teacher/coach training courses. Decision from committee is that courses will be funded in 2 stages; 50% up front, 50% after 3 months of support to the club. Additionally the club expects any coach/trainer to try and provide some assistance with either LTS or Main pool in advance of the course, preferably both so that someone volunteering can make a clear judgement as to which route they would prefer to take.
